When listening we identify with this or the other speaker, this almost identical experience makes the enthusiasm communicative. I liked the idea of "the coach " just because of the absence of hierarchy, I am not sure it is practically doable. For a while I was tempted by the idea but a tight relationship might be an obstacle to a free exploration.
